It's an AI-powered monitoring and wellness platform for senior home care. It includes an upright screen controlled with simple voice commands. Available 24/7, it uses natural conversation to track wellness, immediately flag critical issues, and keep family members/caregivers continuously informed.

How does it work?

Seniors engage with AIVA, a custom-built AI, through daily conversations — just like chatting with a trusted friend. She draws on each user's health history, medications, and personal background to create meaningful interactions – which are used to track wellness trends and give family members the ability to act quickly before new health concerns escalate.

Is my data protected?

Yes — AIVAcare is hosted on HIPAA-eligible infrastructure (AWS) and uses encryption and modern security practices. While the product is initially consumer-directed, we still follow HIPAA-aligned safeguards.

When will AIVAcare ship?

We are anticipating a March 2026 release. Orders placed now are placed in the "pre-order" queue; you’ll be kept informed as we near launch.

What happens after I receive the device?

After your order, you will get personalized access to your web portal where you can immediately begin inputting medical histories, medications, appointments, and more. Upon receiving the device, simply plug in and connect to WiFi. You'll log in just once; AIVA will take care of the rest!

Does AIVAcare diagnose?

No. AIVAcare is focused on data collection of wellness trends and sharing that data to those who need to know (family, care professionals, etc.). Diagnosis and treatment should always be provided by a professional provider.

A nominal fee for ground shipping is collected at the time of purchase.
